Trump tried to prove he could be presidential in his first-ever foreign policy speech this afternoon, using a teleprompter and everything. Unfortunately for him, those watching (except for Ann Coulter) saw right through the attempt to change his tone. This “same content, new wrapping” speech was called “pathetic,” beyond “light on the specifics,” and “not exactly coherent.”
