“While Indiana’s Democratic primary electorate was tailor made for Bernie Sanders, tonight’s results do not change the overall delegate math,” said Brad Woodhouse, President of Correct The Record. “Bernie Sanders invested heavily in Indiana to try to put a dent in Hillary Clinton’s big lead, but the math remains the same: Secretary Clinton maintains nearly insurmountable leads in both delegates and votes cast. Voters have demonstrated time and time again that they believe in Secretary Clinton’s message of breaking down barriers and creating opportunity for all Americans. It is time for Democrats to join together to keep Donald Trump and his hateful rhetoric and extreme positions from entering the White House.”
